Mr. Bafna Mahaveer Chand (Chief-Executive Officer) :
Mr. Bafna Mahaveer Chand, a Chemistry graduate, has over four decades of rich and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with in-depth expertise in all functional and operational areas. Under his leadership, the Company has established a DSIR-approved state-of-the-art R&D centre, secured UK-MHRA accreditation for its manufacturing facility, expanded exports to regulated and emerging markets, and won multiple national and international awards for quality and excellence, including the Gold Quality Excellence Award, Best Supplier Award from the Government of Sri Lanka, Quality Excellence Award 2010 from IDMA, and Excellence Award 2011 from IES, as well as the MSME ZED Gold Certification. Mr. Bafna Mahaveer Chand has also been honored with the National Level Entrepreneurship Excellence Award from the SME Chamber of India, the Udyog Rattan Award, the Pioneers Award from “The Times” for his contribution to the advancement of healthcare and MSME Best CEO by MSME Chamber of Commerce & Industry of India.

Mr. Melagiri Sridhar (Chief Financial Officer):
Mr. Melagiri Sridhar is a finance professional with over 31 years of experience across industries. A B.Com graduate and CA (Inter), he has been associated with Bafna Pharmaceuticals for more than 15 years, overseeing the Company’s financial planning, restructuring, strategic growth, and overall financial management.
